We take an active role in notifying customers of digital fraud attempts and sector‑related scams, in line with current regulatory expectations from the Central Bank of Ireland.
If You Suspect a Fraud Attempt
If you believe that you have been targeted by fraud, or if something does not feel right, please take the following steps immediately:
- Stop all communication with fraudster
Cease contact with any individual or organisation you suspect may be fraudulent. - Never share sensitive information
Do not disclose your banking details, ID documents, passwords, security codes, or financial information. - Verify any contact claiming to be from us
Use only our official contact channels — never use details supplied in a suspicious message. - Report the issue to us immediately

If funds have been transferred or bank details disclosed, immediately alert your bank to request a recall or freeze. - Report to Gardaí.

This person cannot access your accounts or make decisions for you, but they can help protect your financial wellbeing.
