End-of-Life Services: when the hardware is replaced

If you discard notebooks, PCs, servers or memory components, we will ensure that your data is securely deleted. In our own service centre, we also take care of the recycling or environmentally friendly disposal of the devices.

At the end of the life cycle of your hardware, there is a lot to do: sensitive data must be deleted, the devices must be remarketed or disposed of professionally. With our end-of-life services, we take care of your old hardware in our in-house service center.

We delete your data+

We ensure a smooth collection of the provided equipment by specialized logistics partners with trained personnel and appropriate vehicles. We take care of the certified deletion of the stored data, either at your premises or at our service centre. The data erasure software of the world market leader used by us meets strict national and international regulations and standards. Of course, you will receive a detailed, audit-proof report of every deletion.

We further market your hardware+

We have an international network of dealers and would be pleased to make you an offer for your used IT hardware. This will be reused after certified data deletion and does not have to be scrapped.

We dispose of your old devices professionally+

If remarketing is not desired or if a used IT asset is damaged and repair is not worthwhile, we commission a certified specialist company to dispose of it professionally and environmentally friendly. More than 80 percent of the materials used in computers are recyclable. Proof of professional disposal is a matter of course.
