Smart fleet leasing: Our basic contracts
Our contract design is as individual as our modular full-service approach. We offer you three contract options with different benefits for your company.
Each contract ensures a sound foundation for your vehicle fleet. Of course, you can supplement all our financing products for vehicle leasing with individually selectable service modules.

Mileage-based contract+

The classic: This financing model is based on the principle “simply lease and return”. At the outset you agree with us on a fixed term and mileage. At the end of the contract we take care of the resale of the leased vehicle. This way you bear neither the residual value nor the remarketing risk.

Residual value contract+

Before the contract is concluded, we calculate the expected residual value of the vehicle at the end of the contract term on the basis of your desired term and total mileage, and we record it with you in the leasing contract. At the end of the lease term, this imputed residual value is compared with the fair market value. Although you bear the residual value risk, you also are guaranteed the chance to obtain a share in the additional proceeds, within the context of the leasing-related decrees in force.

Sale-and-lease-back contract+

This contract option improves your current liquidity. You sell the vehicles you already own to us and then immediately lease them back. This way you remain mobile and take full advantage of the benefits of leasing.
Simple and transparent vehicle return
Know at the start of the contract what to expect when you return the vehicle: As a member of the Association of Brand-Independent Fleet Management Companies (VMF), we evaluate all leased vehicles fairly and transparently according to VMF guidelines when they are returned.
