Notice on electronic registration and signature disclosure

Deutsche Leasing Benelux NV/ Deutsche Leasing Nederland BV (we, us or the Company) may be required by law to provide you with certain written documents and notices. The following describes the conditions for providing such documents and notices electronically via the DocuSign system. Please read the information below carefully and thoroughly. If you access this information electronically and agree to the Electronic Registration and Signature Disclosure (ERHO), please indicate your agreement by selecting the checkbox next to 'I agree to the use of electronic registration and signatures' before clicking 'CONTINUE' in the DocuSign system.

Receiving paper copies

You can always request a paper copy of any document that has been provided or made available to you electronically from us. You can download and print documents that we send you via the DocuSign system during and immediately after the signing session. If you choose to create a DocuSign account, you will have access to the documents for a limited period of time (usually +-30 days) after the documents are first sent to you. You may request paper copies from us by following the procedure described below.

Withdrawing your consent

If you decide to receive notices and disclosures from us electronically, you may at any time change your mind and tell us that thereafter you want to receive required notices and disclosures only in paper format. How you must inform us of your decision to receive future notices and disclosure in paper format and withdraw your consent to receive notices and disclosures electronically is described below.

Consequences of changing your mind

If you elect to receive the required notices and disclosures only in paper format, it will slow the speed at which we can complete certain steps in transactions and delivering services to you because we will need to first send the required notices or disclosures to you in paper format, and then wait until we receive your acknowledgment of your receipt of them. Furthermore, you will no longer be able to use the DocuSign system to receive required notices and consents electronically from us or to electronically sign documents from us.

All notices and disclosures will be sent to you electronically

Unless told otherwise and in accordance with the procedures described in these paragraphs, we will provide all required notices, disclosures, authorizations, acknowledgements, and other documents that are required to be provided or made available to you during the course of our relationship with you electronically through the DocuSign system. To reduce the chance of you inadvertently not receiving any notice or disclosure, we prefer to provide all of the required notices and disclosures to you by the same method and to the same address that you have given us. Thus, you can receive all the disclosures and notices electronically or in paper format through the mail. If you do not agree with this process, please let us know as described below. Please also see the previous paragraph that describes the consequences of electing to not receive delivery of documentation electronically.

Contacting the Company

You may contact us to notify us of changes regarding how we may contact you electronically, to request paper copies of certain information from us and to withdraw your prior consent to receive documents and notices electronically as follows: By email at DLBX-Sales@deutsche-leasing.com for contracts that have not yet been paid out and activated.By email at DLBX-Porfolio@deutsche-leasing.com for contracts already activated and running.

To communicate your new e-mail address to the Company

To notify us of a change in your e-mail address at which we send you documents and notices electronically, please send an e-mail message to DLBX-portfolio@deutsche-leasing.com . In the body of such a request, please include the following information: your previous e-mail address, your new e-mail address and the full customer name or customer number. If you have created a DocuSign account, you can update it with your new email address via your account preferences.

Requesting paper copies from the Company

If you wish to request paper copies of the documents and notices we have previously provided to you electronically, please send an e-mail to DLBX-Portfolio@deutsche-leasing.com . In the body of that request, include your e-mail address, full name, postal address and telephone number. A fee may be charged for this.

Withdrawing your consent from the Company

To inform us that you no longer wish to receive electronic documents and messages in the future, you may:

- Decline to sign a document from your signing session and on the subsequent page select the check-box indicating that you wish to withdraw your consent or

- Email us at DLBX-Portfolio@deutsche-leasing.com or DLBX-Sales@deutsche-leasing.com and the body of this request should include your email address, full name, postal address and phone number.

Required hardware and software

The minimum system requirements for using the DocuSign system may change over time. You can find the current system requirements under the 'Signer's Guide System Requirements' section.

Confirmation of your access and consent to receive and sign documents electronically

To confirm to us that you have electronic access to this information, which will be similar to other electronic documents and notices we will provide to you, please confirm that you have read this ERSD; and

- That you are able to print this ERSD on paper or store it electronically for your future reference and access; or

- That you are able to e-mail this ERSD to an e-mail address where you can print it on paper or store it for your future consultation and access.

In addition, if you agree to receive documents and disclosures exclusively in electronic form, as described herein, please select the checkbox next to 'I agree to the use of electronic registrations and signatures' before clicking 'CONTINUE' in the DocuSign system.
 
By selecting the checkbox next to 'I agree to the use of electronic registrations and signatures', you confirm that:
- You may access and read the Electronic Records and Signature Disclosure; and You may print this Electronic Records and Signature Disclosure on paper or save or send it to a location where you can print it, for future reference and access; and

- Until/unless you notify the Company as described above, you agree to receive all documents, notices, authorisations and acknowledgements to be provided or made available to you by the Company in the course of your relationship with the Company solely by electronic means.
