Do you want to take advantage of our comprehensive service for your vehicle fleet while on the go? Or do you drive a company car and need to find a service partner in your area urgently? Then use the convenient service fleet app from Deutsche Leasing.

Our mobile service for you:

  • Service hotline
    Whatever you need, you have a direct line to your personal point of contact.
     
  • Emergency assistant
    In the case of an accident, the emergency assistant provides you with a checklist of required steps as well as a direct line for relevant emergency numbers.
     
  • Damage claim
    The mobile damage claim records all information required to handle damages. It is designed so that you can first collect all the information from the location where the damage occurred and then later finalise the report at your convenience. You can also use your smartphone functions, such as camera and location services, to easily complete the damage report.
     
  • Service partner search
    Using your current location or by manually inputting an address, you can quickly and conveniently look for a service partner, and use filter functions based on vicinity or category. If you wish, you can also use Google Maps to navigate to your service partner.
     
  • My profile
    Enter your contact and contract details once in your profile, and these will be automatically copied to the various functions of the app, as required.
     

Other useful functions of the app include a checklist for returning the vehicle as well as a feature to mark your location, which you can use to navigate to your parked vehicle.
