Dear partners, dear customers,
In the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Deutsche Leasing Group with its approximately 2,600 employees in 23 countries is following the recommendations and instructions of official bodies such as the German Federal Government and the Robert Koch Institute. In our international locations, we follow the respective instructions and regulations of the local health authorities and agencies.
Since the beginning of February, we have regularly provided Deutsche Leasing Group employees with recommendations for action and information on the new corona virus (COVID-19). Our situation centre constantly monitors current global and local developments and is in daily contact with the management-board in order to be able to act quickly if necessary. On this basis, we derive the risk situation and measures for the company and for all employees, customers and partners.
In addition to the preventive measures and rules of conduct recommended by official bodies (the German government and the Robert Koch Institute) to protect against infectious diseases, the Deutsche Leasing Group has currently banned all travel, replaced meetings largely with Skype and telephone conferences and taken additional measures to raise hygiene standards.
Likewise, our employees are increasingly working from home to avoid personal contact overall. We maintain a minimum presence at our headquarters in Bad Homburg and at our national and international locations in order to carry out business and operational activities relevant to the location. All other employees will continue to work for you from their home office and can be reached via the contact details you know. Under these special circumstances, delays in the course of operations may occur in individual cases. For this, we ask for your understanding.
As your partner, we will do everything in our power to provide you with the usual service in these unusual and uncertain times and to keep delays in the course of business as short as possible.
We thank you for your patience and flexibility.
