Deutsche Leasing Slovakia is a subsidiary of Deutsche Leasing ČR, Prague (95%) and Deutsche Sparkassen Leasing AG & Co., Bad Homburg, Germany (5%). Deutsche Leasing Slovakia was founded in 2001 as a corporation specializing in leasing machinery and equipment for the Slovak leasing market.
