We reward your performance

At Deutsche Leasing, whether you are part of the field service or indoor service, you will profit from a performant and success orientated salary system comprising two elements: your basic monthly salary and a variable performance related percentage.

At the beginning of each business year, you will determine your core tasks for the coming year with your manager because we want you to know what is required and why. The full variable will be paid if the target is achieved 100 per cent.

Your individual performance will be reviewed in a joint discussion with you because your own appraisal is just as important for your overall review as your manager's assessment.

You determine the actual amount through your performance. If you fulfil your core tasks and targets accordingly, you can increase your variable percentage up to 150 % and in this way achieve an above-average salary.
