The "Future & Motion" programme is conducted "on-the-job" and covers 18 months. It integrates the material themes of leadership and management.
The different areas of learning and development range from work practices, discussion and presentation technique through process understanding, team approach, conflict management and self-management through to organisational development and managerial contexts.
Project work is also conducted throughout the entire course of the programme, and this is supported by coaching. Special internal roundtables with the board and other key persons also allow an intensive exchange on questions relevant to the company.
Support for graduates does not end once the programme is completed. Qualifications are further developed and network concepts maintained through the further opportunities we offer.
