The company’s goal was to establish a Polish beverage brand with excellent quality and a wide range of products for all age groups. The investment for the necessary production systems was to be financed through a leasing agreement in order to keep production costs low and the quality high. All in all, the company used the Deutsche Leasing Polska to finance injection blown moulding plants for PET bottles, a filling production line, a labelling system, a water purification station, mobile racks and company cars.

The financing was designed to precisely fit the customer’s requirements. Part of the operating system was financed by intentionally using an operating lease with high initial charges. The payment plans were designed to coincide with seasonal sales fluctuations. In order to minimise currency risks the contract payments corresponded to each of the supplier’s country of origin. And because the investment level for the company in the special business zone was affected by tax exclusion and accelerated payment plans which required outside financing, the systems in this zone were financed via a finance leasing concept. The Deutsche Leasing Polska also assumed responsibility for ordering and importing the system. Payments for the leased equipment began as agreed upon: as soon as the production system was up and running. The intensive teamwork during the last three years, and the development of a tailor-made investment and financing concept, have considerably contributed to the bottling company’s turnover growth rate.
