Following the conclusion of a supplier contract with a brand leader in the area of household appliances, a new range of machines were necessary in order to fill the stipulations. Some of the required machines included: injection-moulding machines, production line drying and conveying systems, welding machines, compressors, heat-reclaiming systems and blowers.

A 3 million Euro investment was financed via a finance leasing agreement – whereby the site’s advantage, such as its associated tax break for operating within a special business zone – were put to optimum advantage. Because in this case the leased objects are classified a part of the company’s capital and the lessee can write it off himself. At the customer’s request, the contracts were made available in German and Polish. Security was ensured by the holding company which guaranteed that it would repurchase the equipment. Thanks to the contracts’ rapid processing, our customer was able to complete his side of the agreement well within the allotted time limit.
