Vehicle return

In our philosophy, quality doesn’t end when the contract ends. That’s why we remain a fair partner for you in the period thereafter, with a vehicle return process certified by the German Association for Technical Inspection (DEKRA).

Clear processes, transparent costs

At the end of the contract period we pick up the vehicle and together with you we document its state in a vehicle return protocol. You will not be charged for any damage resulting from normal use. We will however have to charge you for collision damage, missing parts, safety-relevant damage etc. These aspects will be objectively and transparently judged by an independent automobile surveyor in accordance with clear assessment criteria. Indeed, our fair vehicle assessment procedure is even certified by the German Association for Technical Inspection (DEKRA). In this way we can guarantee you cost control and transparency right to the end of the leasing process.

Fixed-sum arrangement for return damage

Would you like more security? Then for an extra charge you can cover yourself for any return damage. By paying a fixed sum right at the start of your lease you can get cover for all typical types of return damage – and you can already calculate the final cost.

Early vehicle return

Do you want to be able to respond quickly and flexibly to staff changes and at the same time cover yourself against the costs of an early vehicle return? For a favourable fixed monthly charge we will be happy to take on these costs for you.
