Labour saving with electronic checking units

Automation takes work off your hands here. The driving licence data of your drivers are collected in a databank and provided with an electronic seal. The drivers are automatically informed of the next monitoring date by text message and e-mail.

Now all the driver has to do is have the seal scanned at a monitoring unit installed on the company premises or at public filling stations. The chip integrated in the seal gives the databank its OK, the databank ticks off the monitoring date and automatically sets the next date. If the driver misses the date then the fleet manager is informed and can act in due time to avoid visits to the authorities.
