Real estate leasing: Since 1962, DAL has worked with every conceivable type of real estate and, accordingly, has a suitable financing structure for every requirement in its range of products. No matter whether you need a financing solution for new or existing real estate – in the course of a meeting covering all the important points we will develop an individual model to make your real estate much more interesting from an economic point of view.
Construction management: A new building is a very special challenge for every company. However, ideas that have not been coordinated with the architects, designers, or building companies can become very expensive if they have to be implemented at a later stage. Our subsidiary DAL Bautec meets with the building owners at any early stage in the process and optimises the planning and workflow processes, which can already save a lot of money.
During the construction phase DAL Bautec acts as your "temporary building department".
Large moveable assets: Trains, aeroplanes and ships are very special assets that need specific expertise when it comes to investments. DAL has many years of experience in structuring suitable financing solutions for large moveable assets – on-balance or off-balance. We always keep an eye on the individual situation and the very specific requirements of our customers. Our international network and our asset expertise are strengthened with those of our shareholder, Deutsche Leasing.
Energy: Radical changes are taking place in the areas of energy generation, distribution and consumption throughout Europe: increased decentralisation of the grid allows better integration of renewable energies. DAL has been developing financing structures for photovoltaic installations for many years. Our energy experts develop concepts tailored to the specific local conditions. But as an expert for big-ticket transactions, DAL also has the optimum solution to structure financing for large projects, such as biomass power plants and wind turbines.
In the course of remunicipalisation, electricity generation by municipalities and public utility companies is set to increase dramatically in many regions of Germany over the coming years. No matter whether the project involves renewable or traditional energies, a single generator or a joint venture with partners – DAL will find the best solution, also with the backing of the financial power of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe.
Intangible assets: Self-created intangible assets may not be capitalised although they are often quite valuable. But even if they appear in the balance sheet, they are usually not taken sufficiently into account in ratings and may even have a negative effect. Research and development work puts a strain on the income statement – and, consequently, on equity. DAL has many ways of making more out of your intangible assets – and making use of them for financing solutions.
