Leasing Process
We will take vendor as well as its client step by step through the leasing process in a transparent and for both sides understandable way, the single step will be as follows:
We advice you on your investment plans and liquidity situation and determine jointly the framework for you
We discuss with you the required investment object(s) and the offer from suppliers
We make an individual leasing offer for you and explain you the suitable leasing solution and relevant financing alternatives
You sign the leasing contract for the object with us
We step into the existing purchase contract between you and the supplier or sign the purchase contract with you and the supplier together or in the case of a SLB the respective SBL documentation with you.
After receipt of the down-payment the supplier will deliver the lease object to you, you need to confirm by signing the Acceptance Certificate that the lease object is in good quality and conforms with the specifications of your order and contract.
Subsequently we will pay the invoice of the supplier
You will pay us the agreed regular leasing installments during the life-time of the lease
At the end of the lease-term and after receipt of all agreed leasing installments plus the agreed residual value, the legal ownership will be transferred from us to you
